We are actively searching for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Head of PMO.
  • Keeps up with the latest technology and improvement strategies.
  • Handles multiple projects at the same time.
  • Supports to establish and maintain Project Portfolio Management.
  • Responsible for cross-functional waterfall, agile & hybrid projects including set-up, planning, tracking, reporting and closing.
  • Coordinates IT & business project stream leads.
  • Presents to the Head of PMO on Weekly Basis.
  • Works with multiple Department Heads as part of project execution.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience, including planning and implementing projects of different complexities.
  • Experience in banking or other financial institutions
  • Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with peers and top management to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
  • Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget close
  • Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executives, sponsors, team members, stakeholders and peers.
  • Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft Projects, and Lucid Chart
  • Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies.
